Join a dynamic company in the Metallurgy / Steel industry in MEKNES as our new Bodywork Service Advisor. This is a unique opportunity to use your expertise in a stimulating environment where your role will be central to optimizing customer relations and managing service operations.

Your role will be to ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service, while contributing to the operational efficiency of the bodywork department. This involves being the primary point of contact for our clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their complete satisfaction at every step of the service process.

Your tasks will include managing appointments, welcoming clients, preparing quotes and repair orders, monitoring interventions, invoicing, and handling customer complaints. You will also be responsible for the administrative management of sales and after-sales service, ensuring smooth communication between clients, the workshop, and technical teams.

  • Personalized customer reception and advice
  • Preparation and tracking of quotes and invoices
  • Coordination of intervention schedules
  • Monitoring the quality of services performed
  • Management of spare parts and associated stock
  • Reporting of commercial and after-sales activity

Required profile :

A Bac +2 level of education is required, ideally in Sales Administration, After-Sales Service (SAV), or in training related to automotive professions.

We are looking for someone with 3 to 10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in automotive after-sales or in a technical customer relations role.

Your interpersonal skills are essential: active listening, organizational skills, and the ability to manage complex situations with diplomacy. Good knowledge of the automotive sector and bodywork techniques would be a major asset. Proficiency in computer tools and after-sales management software is also expected.
