- Handle customer reception and open Repair Orders.
- Schedule customer appointments in close collaboration with the Telephone Reception and Appointment Management Assistant.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- File customer after-sales documents.
- Update appointment statuses on the appointment management tool when the customer is received.
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+3), with a specialization in Technical Sales.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the automotive sector.
