Job :

Reporting directly to General Management, you will embody the excellence of the Maison daily:

• Welcome and advise each client with care, listening to their desires
• Accompany your clients throughout the purchasing journey, from the initial contact to the final sale
• Achieve the sales objectives set by General Management
• Cultivate long-term customer relationships, turning each purchase into loyalty
• Embody the company's commercial policy in every interaction
• Provide regular reports on your activity to your superiors
• Monitor the market and competition, while continuously enriching the customer database
• Contribute to monitoring customer receivables

Required profile :

• You have a commercial background and already have successful experience in retail sales, ideally in the luxury sector.
• Your French is impeccable; proficiency in English is a real asset.
• You have a polished appearance and natural ease in speaking, with the ability to adapt your communication style to your audience.
• Motivated, tenacious, and proactive, you know how to take initiative.
• Your determined temperament, interpersonal skills, and taste for customer service will be the keys to your success.
