Job :

Your missions:

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for customer reception and follow-up throughout all phases of the sales process. To do this, you will focus on four areas:

1. Sales operations & prospecting:
• Initiate contact with visitors in the showroom, at external exhibitions, and commercial events, systematically entering data into the database
• Follow up on current and potential leads at all stages of the sales cycle
• Propose trade-in offers for used vehicles in coordination with the sales supervisor, branch manager, or used vehicle manager
• Achieve the objectives set by the sales division in terms of sales, discounts granted, and customer satisfaction

2. Delivery & customer loyalty:
• Supervise vehicle deliveries in compliance with internal procedures
• Coordinate with sales administration for vehicle registration and delivery to customers
• Maintain contact with existing customers and develop new prospects
• Follow up on customer complaints until they are fully resolved

3. Commercial process & administration:
• Apply the work procedures defined by the sales supervisor and management
• Actively participate in daily branch meetings

4. Market watch:
• Collect field information and report it to management
• Propose models or ranges adapted to market demand
 


Required profile :

Your profile

Education:
• University degree, ideally in economics, business, or equivalent

Experience:
• 2 years of sales experience, ideally in a similar role in the automotive sector

Key skills:
• Strong commercial sense and results-oriented
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to build loyalty with demanding customers
• Rigor in administrative follow-up and customer file management
• Proficiency in CRM tools and customer database management

Languages:
• Arabic and French: fluent - required
