Job :

Your missions
Reporting to the Used Car Sales Manager, you will be responsible for welcoming and supporting customers, managing your used vehicle portfolio, and mastering the entire trade-in process. To this end, you will focus on four areas:


1. Sales Operations & Prospecting:

  • Prospect for new customers and welcome visitors to the showroom
  • Handle the follow-up of used vehicle purchase and sales transactions
  • Follow up on current and potential contacts at all stages of the sales cycle, systematically entering data into the database
  • Collaborate with the new vehicle teams to maximize sourcing opportunities
  • Manage vehicles assigned to the showroom: presentation, price and feature display, maintenance
  • Ensure rigorous follow-up of the sales opportunity portfolio
  • Achieve set objectives in terms of sales, discounts, and customer satisfaction

2. Reception, Delivery & Customer Loyalty:

  • Oversee vehicle delivery in compliance with internal procedures
  • Coordinate with sales administration for vehicle handover to customers
  • Maintain contact with existing customers and develop new prospects
  • Handle customer complaints until they are fully resolved

3. Market Watch:

  • Gather market information and report it to management
  • Propose models or ranges adapted to market demand
  • Analyze the competition and master the product offering

4. Reporting:

  • Update opportunity tracking on Oracle
  • Produce and transmit activity reports to relevant parties

Required profile :

Your profile

Education:

University degree, ideally in economics, business, or equivalent

Experience:

  • 3 to 5 years of sales experience, including at least 3 years in a similar role
  • Experience in a multinational company or large national group is an asset

Key Skills:

  • Good knowledge of the used vehicle market and the trade-in process
  • Strong sales skills, results-oriented, and ability to manage a customer portfolio
  • Proficiency in CRM and reporting tools (Oracle appreciated)
  • Rigor in administrative follow-up of customer files
