Your main tasks:

  • Provide quality customer support in German via phone, email, and/or chat
  • Handle customer requests effectively and professionally
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Follow internal procedures and quality standards
  • Collaborate with different teams in an international environment

Required profile :

  • Excellent command of German, both written and spoken (mandatory)
  • Good communication skills and interpersonal ease
  • Service-oriented and customer-focused
  • Previous experience in customer relations or a call center is a plus
  • Good level of French and/or English appreciated
  • Comfortable with digital tools and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
