Job :

The TPC Consolidator is responsible for consolidating and monitoring production costs throughout product development. They analyze changes in bills of materials, manage the consistency of economic data, perform cost analyses, and actively contribute to optimization actions aimed at improving the economic performance of projects.

Main responsibilities

• Consolidate the total production cost (TPC) during project development phases.
• Ensure the update and reliability of cost bills of materials.
• Analyze changes in product bills of materials and vehicle structure.
• Collect, consolidate, and manage cost data from purchasing, technical departments, and internal costs.
• Lead cost reviews with different stakeholders.
• Produce economic analyses and comparative summaries against previous forecasts.
• Update the information tools and systems dedicated to the economic management of materials.
• Perform cross-functional techno-economic studies on products and sub-systems.
• Participate in workshops, task forces, and cost reduction actions.
• Measure and analyze price variations between different economic reports.
• Ensure the robustness, quality, and consistency of TPC consolidations.

Required profile :

• Bac+5 Engineering degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent field.
• First experience or beginner profile with a strong interest in economic analysis and cost management.
• Experience of 1 to 3 years appreciated in the automotive or manufacturing industry.

Technical Skills

• General knowledge of the automotive environment and product development.
• Good understanding of cost references and industrial economic mechanisms.
• Excellent command of Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Ability to process, consolidate, and summarize large volumes of data.
• Knowledge of product bills of materials (BOM) and cost analyses.
• Knowledge of the automotive world and consolidation activities is an asset.
• Proficiency or knowledge of TPC processes is desired.
