As part of the development of our activities, our accounting and consulting firm, a member of an international network, is recruiting a Business Consulting and Support Consultant.You will work with clients from different sectors to support them in their development, investment, transformation, and management process optimization projects.Your role will be to analyze their needs, propose suitable solutions, and provide operational support in the implementation of their projects. 

Main Missions

• Advise and support companies in their development, investment, and transformation projects.
• Conduct financial and organizational diagnostics to identify areas for improvement and make appropriate recommendations.
• Support clients in optimizing their administrative, accounting, and financial processes.
• Participate in feasibility studies and financial structuring of projects.
• Identify aid, grants, and financing schemes available to companies.
• Prepare, compile, and follow up on administrative and financial files with the relevant organizations and administrations.
• Participate in digital transformation projects, particularly in modernizing management tools and migrating software.
• Prepare financial analyses, budgets, dashboards, and summary notes.
• Ensure coordination with various stakeholders and monitor missions with clients. 

Required profile :

Profile Sought

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in accounting, finance, audit, management control, or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a consulting firm, accounting firm, audit firm, or business support role would be appreciated.
• Good knowledge of accounting, financial analysis, and business management.
• Ability to analyze client needs and propose relevant solutions.
• Proficiency in office software, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent command of French, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of financing schemes and administrative procedures is an asset.
