Job :

•  Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business and technical requirements, and propose suitable ServiceNow solutions.
•  Design and develop custom solutions on the platform.
•  Lead the technical implementation of ServiceNow projects, ensuring the quality, security, and performance of delivered solutions.
•  Provide technical expertise on key ServiceNow platform functionalities across multiple processes, primarily ITSM, HR, and CSM.
•  Manage integrations with other systems and applications using technologies such as REST API, SOAP, and MID Server.
•  Ensure appropriate documentation of technical solutions, architectures, and development processes.
•  Provide mentoring and training to team members on ServiceNow development best practices and advanced techniques.
•  Collaborate with testing teams to ensure ServiceNow solutions meet defined requirements and quality standards.
•  Provide advanced technical support to clients to resolve complex issues and optimize the performance of ServiceNow solutions.

Required profile :

•  Significant experience as a ServiceNow Technical Consultant, with in-depth expertise on the ServiceNow platform and its functionalities.
•  Strong web development and programming skills, including JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, etc.
•  Hands-on experience in designing and developing custom solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
•  Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
•  Ability to work effectively in a client-facing environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
•  ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
•  ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification in relevant areas (ITSM, HR, CSM, etc.).
•  University degree BAC+4/5 (Computer Science, Project Management, etc.) with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.
