Job :

• Participate in the development of annual budgets and forecasts by sector, crop, and season, and ensure their follow-up.
• Carry out periodic reforecasts and analyze the differences between actual results and the budget in order to propose corrective actions.
• Implement and monitor techno-economic agricultural KPIs and performance indicators for the different farms.
• Conduct profitability and production cost analyses by sector, crop, greenhouse, or activity.
• Prepare periodic reports and ensure the reliability of management data.
• Monitor operating costs and agricultural investments (CAPEX) and ensure compliance with budget limits.
• Utilize data from BeeOne and the ERP system, and develop management and data visualization tools (advanced Excel, Power BI).
• Carry out regular trips to the farms to check data reliability and support farm managers in monitoring their performance.
• Participate, as needed, in physical inventories and stock monitoring.

Required profile :

Education
• Agro-Economist Engineering degree (ENAM, IAV Hassan II) or equivalent training (business school / finance with an agricultural focus).
Experience
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in management control, audit, or financial analysis, ideally in the agricultural sector.
• Proven experience in budget preparation and monitoring, variance analysis, reporting, and cost control.
• Experience in a multi-site environment is an asset.
Technical skills
• Mastery of management control and cost accounting techniques.
• Budget preparation and monitoring; financial and performance analysis.
• Knowledge of the economic specificities and cycles of agricultural farms.
Tools
• Excellent command of Excel (Pivot Tables, advanced formulas, modeling).
• BeeOne: proficiency in the software is highly desired.
• Knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
