Job :
Reporting to the Operations Director, the Industrial Management Controller will have the following main missions:
• Develop, monitor, and analyze operational budgets.
• Analyze the differences between actual results and forecasts, and propose corrective actions.
• Implement and monitor performance indicators.
• Collaborate with operational teams to identify levers for optimization and process improvement.
• Prepare reports and analyses necessary for management decision-making.
Required profile :
• Degree in Finance, Management Control, or equivalent field.
• First experience in management control, ideally gained in an industrial or operational environment.
• Strong analytical skills and good command of computer tools, especially Excel.
• Rigor, organization, and attention to detail.
• Team spirit, interpersonal skills, and good communication abilities.
