As part of the development of our activities, we are looking for a Senior Controller capable of supporting the management of the financial and operational performance of our industrial entity in Tit Mellil.
Job :
Your main missions
Prepare and monitor budgets, financial forecasts, and associated action plans.
Analyze the differences between actual results and objectives, identify risks, and propose corrective actions.
Ensure the monitoring of performance indicators and produce reliable reports for management.
Analyze production costs, margins, and main expense items to identify optimization opportunities.
Participate in periodic closings and ensure the reliability of management data.
Contribute to the improvement of management control tools, procedures, and processes.
Support operational teams in monitoring their performance and making decisions.
Required profile :
Profile sought
Master's degree (Bac+5) in finance, management control, audit, or equivalent.
Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in management control, ideally in an industrial environment.
Good command of budget control, cost analysis, and financial reporting.
Excellent command of Excel and good knowledge of ERP systems.
Analytical mind, rigor, autonomy, and ability to challenge figures.
Good interpersonal skills and ability to interact with various operational and financial stakeholders.
