Job :

A major player in the restaurant and hospitality sector, bringing together several recognized and fast-growing brands in Morocco, is looking for a Management Controller to support its development and strengthen the steering of its financial performance.

Main tasks:
Develop and monitor projected budgets.
Analyze financial results and the differences between forecasts and actuals.
Implement and monitor performance indicators (KPIs).
Produce regular reports for Management.
Carry out cost, margin, and profitability analyses by activity.
Participate in the improvement of management and internal control processes.
Support operational staff in monitoring their economic performance.

Required profile :

Master's degree (Bac+5) in Finance, Management Control, Audit, or equivalent.
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Experience in restaurants, hotels, retail, or multi-site activities is highly appreciated.
Excellent command of Excel and reporting tools.
Good analytical, synthesis, and communication skills.
