Senior HR Management Controller - Casablanca

Job :

Join our team as a Senior HR Management Controller and contribute to managing social performance through data analysis and the production of strategic indicators.

Your main responsibilities will be:

Produce, analyze, and track HR indicators (headcount, turnover, recruitment, payroll costs, etc.).
Design and develop dashboards and HR reports using Power BI.
Conduct in-depth analyses of turnover and propose improvement recommendations.
Prepare monthly HR reports and materials for HR Committees.
Monitor and analyze payroll and payroll cost data.
Participate in the development and monitoring of HR budgets.
Prepare presentations and analyses for the Management Committee and the Board of Directors.
Ensure the reliability, consistency, and quality of HR data.
 

Required profile :

With a higher education degree (Bac+5) in Management Control, Finance, Statistics, Human Resources, or equivalent, you have at least 5 years of successful experience in a similar role.

You have the following skills:

Excellent command of Power BI and advanced Excel.
Expertise in data analysis and dashboard creation.
Good knowledge of HR indicators, payroll, and social management control.
Proven experience in preparing reports and presentations for management.
Proficiency in developing and monitoring HR budgets.
Strong analytical, synthesis, and communication skills.
Awareness of confidentiality, rigor, and results orientation.
