Job :
Joining a dynamic structure at the heart of the agriculture and environment sector in Casablanca means integrating a team dedicated to operational excellence. As a Production Controller, the role consists of ensuring rigorous monitoring and optimization of production processes to guarantee the performance of on-site activities.
The main objective is to ensure the compliance of production flows while ensuring strict adherence to quality standards and environmental requirements. Particular attention will be paid to the continuous improvement of processes and the efficient management of resources to maximize overall yield.
Daily responsibilities include precise monitoring of performance indicators and coordination of field teams:
- Supervise production operations to ensure schedules are met.
- Analyze production discrepancies and implement immediate corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with technical protocols and current environmental standards.
- Prepare detailed progress reports for management.
- Actively collaborate with different departments to optimize workflow.
Required profile :
A Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) is required, with a strong academic specialization in agricultural trades to master field-specific knowledge.
A professional experience of 2 to 4 years is necessary to handle these tasks with ease, allowing for a deep understanding of agricultural production challenges.
Proficiency in production processes and strong analytical skills are essential. The skills sought include:

- Good interpersonal skills for teamwork.
- Strong sense of organization and problem-solving.
