Potable Water Controller - Casablanca

• Support in the financial and financial engineering fields, and in mobilizing and managing funding;

Our company supports players in the electricity, potable water, and liquid sanitation distribution sectors, especially the newly established GCTs (Groups of Territorial Collectivities) and SRM (Regional Multiservice Companies).

Job :

We are looking for 2 positions with a "Potable Water Controller" profile, experienced in urban hydraulics, treatment plants, and the supply and distribution of potable water.

Main missions:

Ensure the technical control and monitoring of SRM-CS activities and investments in the potable water sector, from programming and budgeting to the completion and acceptance of projects, while ensuring compliance with contractual objectives, work quality, and the security of potable water supply in the Casablanca-Settat area, including:

• Control and monitor investments in the Potable Water sector, from programming and budgeting to completion, ensuring compliance with costs, deadlines, technical requirements, and work quality;
• Examine studies, master plans, and tender documents: analyze proposed technical solutions and participate in tender commissions and technical sub-committees;
• Monitor the technical performance and security of potable water supply in the Casablanca-Settat area, ensuring compliance with contractual objectives and identifying risks and discrepancies;
• Prepare and monitor technical audits initiated by the SPC-CS and develop the necessary notes, technical reports, analyses, and recommendations for the management and control of activities.
  Experience in the distribution sector is an asset

Required profile :

Required training and skills:

• State Engineer's degree (Bac+5) in Water Engineering, Hydraulic Engineering, Rural Engineering, or Civil Engineering with a specialization in hydraulics or equivalent.
• More than 8 years of experience in hydraulics or related activities.
• Good knowledge of tools and software related to the hydraulics field.
• Good command of project management techniques.
