Join a dynamic player in the IT sector based in Casablanca by joining the teams as a Junior Management Controller. This mission consists of supporting the company's financial performance in a constantly evolving technological environment.

The main objective is to ensure the reliability of financial data and optimize budget processes to support strategic decision-making. A clear and analytical vision will ensure rigorous monitoring of the profitability of IT projects while guaranteeing compliance with internal procedures.

On a daily basis, activities focus on steering and monitoring performance. Responsibilities include:

• Preparation and monitoring of provisional budgets.
• Analysis of discrepancies between actual results and forecasts with the implementation of corrective actions.
• Production of periodic financial reports for management.
• Participation in accounting closing tasks and cost control.
• Assistance in improving performance steering tools.

Required profile :

The ideal candidate has higher education level Bac +3, ideally completed with a specialization in auditing, consulting, management, accounting, or finance.

Successful professional experience of 1 to 3 years in a similar role is required to quickly master the financial challenges of the sector.

Rigor, a sense of analysis, and strong numeracy skills are essential. Proficiency in IT tools, especially an excellent level in Excel, is crucial to successfully carry out these missions.
