Job :

As a Management Controller, your responsibilities will cover a wide range of activities related to management control:

• Lead the development and monitoring of budgets, analyze variances, and propose recommendations to improve performance.
• Produce and update dashboards, reports, and summaries for management and management committees.
• Create and optimize management tools, develop financial processes, and best practices to strengthen financial culture.
• Participate in financial closings and ensure the reliability of data and management accounting.
• Contribute to cost optimization and margin improvement.
• Support operational staff in managing their activities and decision-making.

Required profile :

• Master's degree (Bac+5) required in Management, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
• You have at least 5 years of experience in management control, ideally in an automotive or industrial environment.
• You master management control techniques, budget processes, reporting, profitability analysis, as well as Excel, ERP systems, and BI tools.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and with good analytical skills, you demonstrate autonomy, proactivity, and a real sense of priorities.
