Job :

Main Missions

Evaluation and Diagnosis

• Map processes and associated risks (risk mapping)
• Assess the effectiveness of existing control systems
• Detect areas of weakness or non-compliance

Control

• Develop and execute the annual control plan
• Perform compliance tests and checks on documents and on-site
• Verify the application of internal procedures and current regulations

Reporting and Recommendations

• Write mission reports (findings, risks, recommendations)
• Present results to the relevant departments and management
• Ensure follow-up on the implementation of corrective action plans

Required profile :

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in audit, management control, finance, or equivalent
• 3 years minimum experience in a similar role (internal audit, internal control, audit firm)
• Good command of internal control standards and frameworks
• Rigor, analytical skills, and sense of confidentiality
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally
• Proficiency in office tools (Excel, ERP)
• Bilingual French/Arabic; English is a plus
