Join a dynamic company in the Pharmacy / Health sector and dare to take on a new challenge as a Quality Assurance Coordinator in Bouskoura, Morocco. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in a stimulating environment, where your role will be essential to maintaining and continuously improving quality standards.

Main Missions
Coordinate and monitor Quality Assurance activities, in accordance with current regulations and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Participate in the implementation and monitoring of the quality management system at the level of the different departments and sites.
Coordinate the follow-up of deviations, complaints, non-conformities, and corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), in collaboration with the relevant departments.
Participate in the drafting, review, and monitoring of quality documents: procedures, instructions, reports, forms, and associated documents.
Ensure the follow-up of quality actions and ensure compliance with processing and closure deadlines.
Participate in the preparation and follow-up of internal and external audits, as well as in the implementation of actions resulting from audits.
Participate in the monitoring of changes (Change Control) and the evaluation of their impact on the quality system.
Ensure the monitoring of quality indicators, prepare reports, and contribute to the analysis of trends and discrepancies.
Identify and report any anomaly or non-conformity observed and propose improvement actions.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the quality system and participate in cross-functional projects and specific missions assigned by management.
Perform quality tours according to established schedules
Required Skills
Good knowledge of Quality Assurance principles and GMP.
Knowledge of key quality tools and processes: deviations, complaints, CAPA, Change Control, audits, and document management.
Mastery of quality monitoring and reporting tools.
Analytical and synthesis skills.
Rigor, organization, and sense of priorities.
Good communication and coordination skills with different departments.
Team spirit and ability to work transversally.
Proactive and focused on continuous improvement.
 

Required profile :

A Master's degree (Bac +5) is required for this position.

With confirmed experience of 5 to 10 years in similar roles, ideally acquired in the Pharmaceutical or Health sector, you demonstrate a thorough understanding of the quality challenges specific to this industry.

  Master's degree (Bac+5) in Quality, Chemistry, or a related field.
  Minimum 5 years of experience in a Quality Assurance role, ideally in the pharmaceutical industry.
  Good knowledge of the pharmaceutical environment and regulatory requirements.
