Are you looking for a new challenge in the exciting field of metallurgy/steel industry? A dynamic company located in Meknès is seeking an experienced Site Coordinator to join its team. Your main mission will be to ensure the effective coordination of all aspects of construction and maintenance projects, guaranteeing their completion within deadlines, budget, and safety standards.

Your main goals will be to organize and supervise work on construction sites, manage the human and material resources allocated to each project, control the quality of work performed, and maintain smooth communication with all stakeholders (clients, suppliers, technical teams...). You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and cost reduction. Your success will be measured by the quality of the work, adherence to deadlines, and customer satisfaction.

As a Site Coordinator, your daily tasks will be varied and stimulating.

• Planning and organization: develop work schedules, define human and material resource needs, manage supplies.
• Team coordination: manage, motivate, and supervise site teams, ensure communication and collaboration between different stakeholders.
• Monitoring and control: monitor the quality of work, ensure compliance with safety standards, manage budgets and costs, prepare progress reports.
• Ensure collaboration with delivery teams, design offices, and various project stakeholders,
• Customer relations: maintain professional and cordial relationships with clients, answer their questions, and manage their requests.
• Frequent travel to be expected to ensure proximity on sites and with clients,

You will be a key player in the success of the company's projects.

Required profile :

To succeed in this role, a minimum of Bac +4 (equivalent to a Bachelor's degree plus 1 year of study) in a relevant field such as project management or Civil Engineering is required. An engineering degree would be a definite asset. Proficiency in skills related to metallurgy and the steel industry is considered a plus.

We are looking for someone with a minimum of 5 to 10 years of professional experience in a similar position, ideally in the metallurgy/steel industry. Your expertise in managing complex construction sites, project monitoring, and team coordination will be highly valued. Proficiency with computer tools and project management software is essential.
