Job :

Main mission : ensure the operational management and development of marketplace channels (Website, Glovo and Marjane Mall) by optimizing the product catalog, store performance, and quality of service in order to maximize revenue on E-commerce channels.

Missions:

  • Ensure the integration and updating of the product catalog on the different platforms, select references with high potential, and optimize the e-catalogue structure to maximize visibility and sales;
  • Review and organize the e-catalogue structure according to categories and sub-categories to facilitate navigation and customer experience;
  • Select products with high potential, suitable for each sales channel (website or marketplace);
  • Ensure the reliability of data by detecting and correcting synchronization anomalies between ERP and platforms;
  • Manage and track daily operations: openings, closings, cancellations, penalties, and disputes, in close coordination with store teams and service providers;
  • Ensure follow-up of new products and launches in coordination with the purchasing team;
  • Participate in the implementation of marketing campaigns and track their impact on revenue;
  • Track service quality indicators through periodic reports. 

Required profile :

  • Bachelor's degree or Master's degree (Bac+3/5) in digital marketing and e-commerce or equivalent
  • A first experience of at least 2 years in a similar position is appreciated.
  • Good command of Excel and e-commerce CMS tools like Magento.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Canva (photo editing, visual creation)
  • Knowledge of product SEO basics appreciated
  • Strong sense of detail and editorial quality (web content)
  • Rigor, organization, and ability to manage a large volume of references
