Join our dynamic company, a major player in the metallurgy / iron and steel sector, where your financial expertise will be essential. Located in the heart of Beni Mellal, Morocco, this Financial Coordinator position represents a unique opportunity to actively contribute to our growth and performance.

As a Financial Coordinator, your actions will aim to optimize the company's financial management, ensure the reliability of accounting and financial information, and support strategic decision-making through relevant analysis. You will play a key role in driving economic performance.

Your main tasks will include:

• Supervising and controlling daily accounting and financial operations.
• Preparing financial statements, budgets, and periodic reports.
• Analyzing variances, identifying risks, and proposing corrective measures.
• Participating in the development of financial strategies and process optimization.
• Supporting operational teams in understanding and monitoring their financial indicators.
• Monitoring treasury and managing relationships with financial partners.

Required profile :

To excel in this role, a Master's degree (Bac +5) or higher is required, ideally in Auditing, Consulting, Management, Accounting, or Finance.

Significant experience of 3 to 10 years in financial roles, ideally gained in the industrial sector or in audit/consulting firms, is sought. This experience should have allowed you to develop a solid understanding of financial issues.

We are looking for a rigorous personality with an excellent sense of analysis and synthesis. Your ability to communicate clearly and concisely, your proactivity, and your ability to work under pressure will be major assets. Perfect command of IT tools, particularly accounting and financial management software, as well as an excellent command of French and Arabic are essential. Knowledge of other languages would be a plus.
