Job :

As the Industrial & Digital Performance Coordinator, you will report to the Site's Industrial Performance Manager.

Your main responsibilities are:

• Deploy the fundamentals and standards of continuous improvement within the factory
• Train and support operational staff (production, maintenance, quality, etc.) on continuous improvement methodologies and standards
• Lead and coordinate continuous improvement groups and implement continuous improvement practices within the site collaboratively with all departments
• Manage continuous improvement projects (Lean, 5S, SMED, Kaizen, Six Sigma, etc.)
• Lead & manage the pillar system for identifying & reducing losses, coaching teams & auditing projects
• Coach teams on Green Belt methodology & support projects
• Lead the site's operational excellence programs in collaboration with production, maintenance, quality teams, etc.
• Analyze performance and process indicators and identify areas for improvement
• Identify material, energy, or organizational losses in the process (waste, machine inefficiency, etc.) and lead multidisciplinary teams to propose improvements
• Conduct audits and support teams in improving their continuous improvement activities
• Maintain the factory's continuous improvement culture through team coaching and system audits
• Coordinate factory productivity projects and ensure deadlines, costs, and quality are met
• Coordinate and support the site's digitalization projects and assist teams with adoption
• Develop dashboards on Power BI/Apps
• Ensure the development of site employees' skills in digital matters and develop Industry 4.0 teaching methods on autonomous production lines
• Deploy digital tools and innovative solutions for the factory
• Encourage the use of data in continuous improvement teams (SPC)

Required profile :

Profile sought:

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in Industrial Engineering
• 5 to 7 years of experience in a similar industrial role
• Proven experience in operational excellence in a demanding manufacturing environment
• Good knowledge of industrial performance and Lean Management issues
• Proficiency in Lean tools and methodologies (VSM, 5S, Kaizen, FMEA, DMAIC, SMED, Kanban, etc.)
• Experience in leading the TPM pillar system or equivalent system is a plus
• Cross-functional project management
• Green Belt certification mandatory, Black Belt is a plus
• Ability to work in French and English and coordinate cross-functional and multicultural teams
• Proficiency in development methods and tools, databases, operating systems
• Good knowledge of MES/ERP and company IT systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, etc.)
• Adaptability, analytical and synthesis skills, rigor, organization, and sense of responsibility, good communication and listening skills, ability to lead and motivate teams are key to success.
