Job :

The Field HR Coordinator is responsible for overseeing operational HR activities in the field, ensuring the integration and support of new drivers, and promoting the continuous development of driving staff skills.

Ensure regular presence in the field to monitor operating conditions and support driving teams.
Organize, coordinate, and monitor the integration process for new drivers.
Ensure proper application of operational procedures, safety rules, and service quality standards.
Identify training needs and implement necessary actions for driver skills development.
Evaluate driver performance and proficiency levels, and propose suitable support plans.
Oversee the administrative and operational follow-up of initial and ongoing training.
Coordinate the activities of the company's training academy and ensure the quality of programs delivered.
Participate in building and developing a pool of qualified drivers to anticipate future recruitment and replacement needs.
Produce regular reports on training, integration, and skills development indicators.
Collaborate closely with operations managers, supervisors, and the human resources department to ensure alignment between operational needs and available resources.


Required profile :

For this position, a Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) or higher is required. A specialization in Human Resources, Personnel Management, or Training will be particularly appreciated.

Professional experience of 3 to 5 years in a similar role is requested. You have previously managed various HR files and demonstrated your ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Excellent knowledge of Moroccan labor law.
  • Proficiency in computer tools, especially HR software and the Office suite.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
