Job :
Within the Sales team, you will be responsible for:
Sales Aspect:
- Advise our clients, and propose the most suitable offer for their business
- Receive and follow up on client orders.
- Follow up on client requests (returns, equipment…) in coordination with our logistics teams.
- Collaborate daily with our technicians to organize their client visits.
- Draft, organize, and file commercial contracts.
- Participate in any other tasks that may improve the service's operation.
Brand Aspect:
- Ensure the operational follow-up of special promotional operations.
- Produce monthly activity and activation follow-up reports.
- Monitor and manage our website (posting offers, updating prices, handling client requests…).
- Monitor the development of sales support tools (creative brief, follow-up with graphic designers and printers…).
- Actively participate in certain external events (Trade shows…).
Required profile :
Education:
- Bachelor's degree (3 years) in Business Administration.
Required Skills:
Technical:
- Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Good command of French, both spoken and written;
- Customer service experience is desirable, but recent graduates are accepted.
Personal:
- Serious, organized, responsive, good interpersonal skills, ability to work under stress, customer-oriented.
