The Association for the Promotion of Excellence in Education (APEE), a non-profit organization recognized as being of public utility, the management structure of the "Mohammed VI High School of Excellence", the "Rabat High School of Excellence", and the "Green Development Skills Training Center (CFMDV)", has the mission to promote excellence in education for Moroccan students from diverse social backgrounds and to facilitate access to prestigious graduate schools and universities nationwide and internationally.

The Green Development Skills Training Center (CFMDV) is responsible for training in green development professions and providing training adapted to the industrial ecosystem. It offers three types of training: BTS, continuing education, vocational and certification training, as well as programs for trainer training.

GENERAL MISSION

Within the framework of the strategic objectives associated with the training programs of the Green Development Skills Training Center, promote cooperation, structure external relations with partners, and support the pedagogical system through internship programs for students.

MISSIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

* Management of Internship Partnerships:
Purpose: Ensure administrative and technical management with partners according to defined procedures and provisions.
To this end, it must:
- Promote and structure cooperation with partners
- Implement the roadmap resulting from cooperation orientations
- Organize and participate in professional forums
- Prospect and identify new partnerships
- Assist professors and students in partnership relations
- Manage and oversee the implementation of agreements established with partners
- Develop training portfolio
- Consolidate management dashboards with partners

* Management of Student Internship Relations:    

- Administrative management of internships (Internship agreement, insurance, monitoring system, etc.)
- Assist and support students in their internship search
- Coordinate interactions between students, professors, and partners
- Foster closer ties between students and companies
- Produce and disseminate student internship plans
- Monitor the quality of internship supervision and analyze professional integration opportunities
- Promote the institution's brand image

Required profile :

Professional / Technical Skills

- Higher education degree (Bac + 5 level): Scientific or technical / Management or economics.
- 3 years of experience.
- Good knowledge of the economic landscape
- Good knowledge of communication tools and Web 2.0
