Job :

  • Coordinate the showroom's sales activity and ensure the smooth running of operations.
  • Ensure administrative follow-up of sales files in collaboration with sales representatives.
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures and brand standards.
  • Coordinate exchanges between sales teams and different departments.
  • Monitor performance indicators and prepare activity reports.
  • Organize sales meetings and follow up on action plans.
  • Contribute to customer satisfaction and continuous improvement of processes.
  • Provide necessary support to the Showroom Manager in steering the activity.

Required profile :

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree (Bac+2/3) in Commerce, Management, or Administration.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the automotive sector.
  • Good command of office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and sales management tools.
  • Excellent organizational, coordination, and priority management skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills, customer service orientation, and ability to work in a team.
  • Rigor, responsiveness, autonomy, and discretion.
  • Good command of French, both written and spoken;
