* Manage supplier quality and be the focal point between Safran Nacelles and Suppliers;
* Ensure the application of Safran Nacelle requirements to suppliers;
* Implement system and product quality assurance plans with suppliers;
* Have the compliance matrices GRP0087 and BQR0003 signed;
* Lead the continuous improvement plan;
* Launch, manage, participate in supplier 8Ds in case of escape;
* Analyze internal and external supplier non-conformities and monitor their performance;
* Initiate, deploy, and finalize CDQR procedures;
* Deploy the PVI and train suppliers;
* Deploy the FMEA methodology:
* Initiate, participate in, deploy cosmetic specifications and control plans;
* Deploy DVI Delegations,
* Involve the supplier in case of supplier crisis (supply chain blockage);
* Deploy a surveillance plan according to GRP0158;
* Participate in the CLE review and contribute to supplier evaluation;
* Participate in the performance review according to the classification;
* Have quality commitments signed;
* Plan and carry out Product / Process audits;
* Implement a governance policy for impacting suppliers.
* Engineer / Master's degree with over 5 years of experience
* Good knowledge of quality tools (8D, FMEA, SPC, APQP)
* Knowledge of audit techniques
* Cross-functional management
* Communication and teamwork skills
* Proactivity and initiative
