Job :
- Manage external errands such as going to the bank, picking up materials or documents from suppliers, and making small deliveries.
- Manage office purchases: supplies, computer equipment, and consumables.
- Provide basic support for office and computer equipment (laptops, printers, etc.).
- Manage inventory and track office assets and equipment.
- Ensure the office environment is well-maintained and fully functional.
Required profile :
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Associate's/Bachelor's degree) in logistics, management, administration, computer science, or a related field.
Experience: 1 year of relevant experience in office operations, logistics, or general services (internships included).
Skills: Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented. Practical and proactive mindset. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
