Job :

Your goal will be to facilitate and accelerate the development of all projects in the Data Science, Data Analysis, and Data Visualization departments of the Analytics Factory, by introducing DevOps processes, transversal tools, and expertise throughout the development cycle, from the first prototype to production deployment and ongoing maintenance.

You will be responsible for:

• Setting up, maintaining, and improving the continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) processes for the analytical projects' cloud infrastructures (including AI and agent-based systems).
• Administering and maintaining the shared services of the Analytics Factory (Airflow, Langfuse, semantic layer, etc.).
• Ensuring compliance with Carrefour's best practices and security rules.
• Identifying opportunities for improvement and automation of service offerings, while remaining attentive to the needs of the analytical teams.
• Providing daily assistance to the engineering community: deployment, application configuration, access management, incident investigation, cloud cost optimization.
• Deploying and managing Kubernetes clusters and associated applications.
• Operating GCP (GKE, Cloud Storage, Cloud SQL, Cloud Monitoring).
• Administering Apache Kafka from advanced configuration to production operation (performance, security, monitoring).
• Implementing security and access management best practices.
• Scripting in Bash, Python, or equivalent for automation.
• Analyzing technical impacts and improving existing solutions.

Required profile :

Graduated with a Bac+5 degree from an engineering school or equivalent university program with a specialization in IT, or with equivalent significant experience.

Experience: More than 7 years of experience in DevOps and/or Data Engineering.

Experience in the retail / mass distribution sector is an advantage.

Required Skills:

• Must have: software development, CI/CD, cloud deployment (GCP preferred), infrastructure as code, containerization and Kubernetes orchestration, deep understanding of network issues

• Nice to have: GCP (GKE, Cloud Storage, Cloud SQL, Cloud Monitoring), Apache Kafka (advanced configuration, production), Bash / Python, relational databases, DevOps and Agile practices, cloud access management and security
