Job :

As part of the development of our Data & AI activities at SOTHEMA, we are looking for a profile capable of transforming concrete business problems into relevant, robust, and usable Machine Learning and Deep Learning solutions.

We are primarily looking for someone who can understand business needs, analyze data, select the right modeling approach, and implement the most suitable model for the context.

The main tasks will include:

• Analyzing data and identifying relevant variables for modeling;
• Designing, training, evaluating, and optimizing Machine Learning and Deep Learning models;
• Comparing different approaches and selecting the models best suited to business needs;
• Transforming model results into understandable and usable recommendations for business teams;
• Participating in the industrialization, monitoring, and continuous improvement of models;
• Collaborating closely with business, Data, and IT teams.

Required profile :

• Master's degree (Bac+5 level) in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, Computer Science, or equivalent field.
• Proven experience in Data Science, ideally gained in a structured professional environment.
• Solid technical skills in Python, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, SQL, and Spark / PySpark.
• Good command of major Data Science frameworks and libraries.
• Proficiency in data preparation, analysis, modeling, and valuation methods.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric and modern Cloud / Data environments is a real asset.
