The main goal of this role is to establish and maintain strong and lasting relationships with healthcare professionals. This involves understanding their specific needs to offer them the most suitable medical equipment products, while ensuring a strong presence and continuous sales growth in your geographical area.

As a Medical Representative, your main tasks will include:

• Visiting and prospecting clients consisting of healthcare professionals (doctors, pharmacists, hospital directors...).
• Presenting and promoting medical equipment product ranges to decision-makers.
• Analyzing client needs and proposing personalized solutions.
• Negotiating commercial terms and managing orders.
• Conducting competitive analysis and reporting market information.
• Actively participating in professional congresses and trade shows.
• Achieving and exceeding set sales targets.

Required profile :

To excel in this position, a Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) is required. A background in the Medical or Paramedical field would be a major asset, providing you with the fundamental knowledge needed to communicate effectively with healthcare professionals.

Professional experience of 3 to 5 years in a similar role is sought. This period should have allowed you to develop a deep understanding of the market and customer expectations, as well as confidence in managing a client portfolio and achieving ambitious sales goals.
