Our client is looking for a Deputy HR Manager to support the HR Manager in managing and supervising HR administration and payroll activities.
The position involves ensuring the smooth management of personnel administration, payroll operations, employee records, social declarations, and compliance with Moroccan labor legislation.
Key Responsibilities :
Supervise and coordinate daily HR administration and payroll activities.
Manage and control payroll inputs, including variable elements, overtime, bonuses, deductions, absences, and other salary components.
Review and validate payroll calculations to ensure accuracy before final approval.
Supervise the preparation and submission of CNSS, tax, and other mandatory social declarations.
Ensure compliance with Moroccan labor law and applicable social regulations.
Ensure employee personnel files are accurate, updated, and properly maintained.
Monitor attendance, working hours, overtime, leave, and absences.
Handle and follow up on employee requests related to payroll, contracts, benefits, and HR administration.
Coordinate with CNSS, labor authorities, insurance companies, and other relevant institutions.
Support labor inspections, audits, CNSS controls, and other administrative reviews.
Provide HR and administrative support to management on employment-related matters.
Handle complex employee relations and administrative issues.
Supervise, support, and develop the HR administration and payroll team.
Allocate workloads, monitor team performance, and ensure deadlines are met.
Identify payroll and HR administration errors or risks and implement corrective actions.
Prepare HR reports and dashboards covering headcount, payroll, attendance, absences, overtime, and employee movements.
Ensure the confidentiality and security of employee and payroll information.
Coordinate with Finance regarding payroll validation, salary payments, and payroll-related costs.
Coordinate with other HR functions to ensure smooth employee lifecycle management.
Support the HR Manager in implementing HR policies, procedures, and improvement projects.
Required profile :
Candidate Profile :
Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Labor Law, or a related field.
7-10 years of relevant experience in HR administration and payroll.
Significant experience in a similar position such as HR Administration Manager, Payroll Manager, Personnel Administration Manager, HR Administration Supervisor, or Deputy HR Manager.
Experience in a large-scale and structured environment, preferably within the industrial sector.
Proven experience in team management and supervision.
Strong knowledge of Moroccan labor law and social legislation.
Excellent knowledge of payroll processes, CNSS declarations, social contributions, and payroll taxation.
Experience with payroll software and HRIS systems.
Advanced Excel and reporting skills.
Experience dealing with CNSS, Labor Inspectorate, insurance companies, and relevant social institutions.
Fluent French and good English.
