Join our dynamic company in the IT sector, where you will work in the heart of Casablanca. As a Java Fullstack Developer, your main mission will be to actively participate in the design, development, and maintenance of innovative applications, thus contributing to our technological success.

Your role will be essential in achieving our goals: continuous improvement of our software platforms, ensuring their performance and reliability, while exploring cutting-edge technical solutions to anticipate the future needs of our users.

On a daily basis, your responsibilities will cover the entire development cycle. You will be required to:

• Design and develop robust web applications using Java and associated frameworks.
• Contribute to the development of user interfaces with modern front-end technologies.
• Participate in defining the technical architecture of projects.
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code.
• Collaborate closely with product and design teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure the evolutionary and corrective maintenance of existing applications.
• Be proactive in suggesting improvements to development processes and tools.

Required profile :

To excel in this role, a degree level of Bac +4 (equivalent to a Bachelor's or Master's degree) is required. A specialization in computer science or electronics will be particularly appreciated, demonstrating your technical knowledge base.

Your professional background should show significant experience, ideally between 5 and 10 years, in similar software development roles, with proven exposure to Fullstack environments.

The expected technical skills are numerous:

• In-depth mastery of the Java language and its ecosystem (Spring Boot, Hibernate, etc.).
• Solid experience in front-end development (Angular, React, Vue.js, or equivalent).
• Knowledge of relational (SQL) and NoSQL databases.
• Understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns.
• Proficiency in using versioning tools (Git).
• Good knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum) is a plus.
• Skills in electronics would be an advantage.
