Your role will be central in designing, developing, and optimizing innovative solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You will actively contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and client satisfaction by bringing your technical and functional expertise.

Your main tasks will include:

• Develop and maintain applications and workflows on the ServiceNow platform.
• Collaborate with business teams to understand their needs and propose suitable solutions.
• Customize and configure the ServiceNow platform according to technical specifications.
• Ensure code quality and perform unit and integration testing.
• Participate in incident resolution and performance optimization.
• Contribute to technical and functional documentation.

Required profile :

A diploma of Master's degree level (Bac +5) or higher, with a specialization in Computer Science or Electronics, is required for this position.

Experience of 1 to 5 years in development on the ServiceNow platform is sought. A CSA certification is a major asset.

Your strengths for success:

• Excellent mastery of the ServiceNow platform and its modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, etc.).
• Solid skills in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Angular JS development.
• Ability to design and develop complex technical solutions.
• Good understanding of ITIL processes.
• Autonomy, rigor, and excellent communication skills.
• A first successful experience as a Certified CSA ServiceNow Developer Consultant is highly desired.
