MCS provides remote technical, commercial, and administrative support on behalf of Carrier France, Carrier Spain, Otis France, Chubb France, CIAT, Carrier Transicold, Carrier Refrigeration, and other group companies. MCS efficiently and effectively handles specific requests and consultations, order entry, complaint management, as well as scheduling interventions and remote technical support.

Job :
- Integration of content into the CMS (Content Management System). The CMS used by the Carrier group is SDL. A migration of the websites to the Adobe EDS and AEM platforms is planned for 2026.
- Content layout
- Updating the site structure and navigation
- Quality control of pages before publication
- Error correction
- Improving the accessibility and search engine optimization (SEO) of the different sites
- Using our ticketing tool to process requests
- Publishing documents online on our dedicated platform
- Applying appropriate tags to each document
- Checking if the documents, where applicable, appear correctly on the websites
Required profile :
- Bachelor's degree (3-5 years) in marketing/digital marketing
- Proficiency in using CMS (Content Management System) and ideally SDL and/or Adobe EDS/AEM
- HTML knowledge
- SEO knowledge
- Fluent English is essential
