Job :

Reporting to the Group Central Support Director, the Group Purchasing Director defines and manages the purchasing strategy at the Group level, in line with strategic, financial, and CSR directions. His main tasks are:

• Develop and implement the Group purchasing policy (direct, indirect, investments, services).
• Manage the economic, contractual, and quality performance of purchases.
• Structure and lead central and local purchasing teams.
• Oversee strategic supplier relationships and risk management.
• Contribute to the transformation of purchasing processes (digitalization, governance, compliance).
• Ensure the integration of ethical, compliance, and sustainable development issues
 

Required profile :

• Engineering or Master's degree (Business School or University) with a specialization in Purchasing, Logistics, Economics, or Management.
• Confirmed experience of 10 to 15 years in Director or senior management roles in Purchasing / Procurement / Support.
• Mandatory experience within a public or semi-public organization
• Mandatory mastery of public procurement procedures and regulations.
• Solid expertise in strategic negotiation and management of key suppliers.
• Proven leadership, ability to manage and unite teams, with a high level of autonomy, rigor, organization, and initiative
