Job :

As the CFO, your main mission will be to manage the company's financial strategy, ensuring its solidity and profitability. You will be responsible for regulatory and tax compliance, while actively contributing to strategic decision-making to support growth.

Your main tasks:

  • Supervise and optimize accounting, tax, and financial management.
  • Prepare and monitor budgets, financial plans, and forecasts.
  • Manage treasury, banking relationships, and financing.
  • Implement and monitor financial performance indicators.
  • Manage financial risks and internal controls.
  • Lead administrative and financial teams.
  • Participate in defining the company's strategic directions.
  • Ensure continuous regulatory and tax monitoring.

Required profile :

Education and Experience:

  • You have a degree equivalent to a Bachelor's degree +4 years, with a specialization in Auditing / Consulting, Management, Accounting, or Finance.
  • Significant experience of at least 5 years in a similar role is required.

Required Technical Skills:

  • Solid expertise in finance, accounting, and taxation.
  • Proven ability in financial management and budget control.
  • Analytical and synthetic thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in management tools and accounting standards.
  • Excellent command of French and English.
