ExeKutive Sales & Marketing Director - Tit Mellil

In the context of the development of one of our industrial subsidiaries based in Tit Mellil, we are looking for a Sales & Marketing Director to lead the commercial and marketing strategy of the business and support its growth.

Job :

Reporting to the General Management, your main responsibilities will be to:

• Define and deploy the commercial and marketing strategy in line with the company's objectives;
• Develop turnover and profitability by identifying new markets, customers, and development opportunities;
• Lead all commercial activity and monitor performance using appropriate indicators;
• Develop and retain the customer portfolio and strengthen relationships with strategic accounts;
• Define pricing policy, commercial offers, and sales conditions in collaboration with the various departments concerned;
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor positioning to identify new growth drivers;
• Build and implement the marketing plan, particularly in terms of positioning, offer, communication, and new product development;
• Manage, structure, and support sales and marketing teams in achieving their objectives;
• Collaborate closely with the industrial, supply chain, finance, and general management teams to ensure alignment between commercial needs and operational capabilities;
• Prepare commercial and marketing budgets and monitor them.

Required profile :

• Master's degree (Bac+5), ideally a degree from a business/management school or an engineering school, ideally with a specialization in sales or marketing;
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience, including significant experience in sales and/or marketing roles;
• Experience in the industrial sector is highly desirable;
• Proven experience in managing commercial activity, including team management and responsibility for turnover and profitability targets;
• Good understanding of issues related to production, costs, deadlines, and the industrial value chain;
• Ability to define a commercial vision while ensuring close operational management;
• Excellent negotiation, management, and business development skills;
• Proficiency in French and English.
