Job :

As Branch Manager, your role will be to drive the development of the branch's business, under good risk and profitability conditions, with a diverse clientele.

 

Your main tasks will be:

  • Manage and develop a diverse business (individuals, professionals, VSEs, etc.)
  • Translate branch objectives into objectives per account manager
  • Offer products that meet the needs of portfolio clients
  • Prepare, process credit applications, and make decisions within the limits of delegated authority
  • Monitor credit applications prepared and processed by Account Managers
  • Follow up on loan recovery from branch clients
  • Formalize and validate first-level controls 
  • Lead and manage the team for daily monitoring of operations and achievements
  • Coach the team to facilitate the achievement of collective goals and develop skills
  • Establish and monitor compliance with organizational, functional, security, or other requirements at the branch level.

Required profile :

Master's degree (Bac+5) from a business school or university, with a specialization in finance or banking.

You have at least 7 years of experience in the banking sector, with proven experience in portfolio management and team management. 

Successful experience as a Branch Manager is a real asset. 

Key skills:
• Excellent command of retail banking activities and commercial development.
• Solid knowledge of financial analysis, credit, and risk management.
• Proficiency in portfolio development and retention techniques.
• Good knowledge of banking regulations and compliance procedures.
