As Branch Manager, your role will be to drive the development of the branch's business, under good risk and profitability conditions, with a diverse clientele.
Your main tasks will be:
- Manage and develop a diverse business (individuals, professionals, VSEs, etc.)
- Translate branch objectives into objectives per account manager
- Offer products that meet the needs of portfolio clients
- Prepare, process credit applications, and make decisions within the limits of delegated authority
- Monitor credit applications prepared and processed by Account Managers
- Follow up on loan recovery from branch clients
- Formalize and validate first-level controls
- Lead and manage the team for daily monitoring of operations and achievements
- Coach the team to facilitate the achievement of collective goals and develop skills
- Establish and monitor compliance with organizational, functional, security, or other requirements at the branch level.
Required profile :
Master's degree (Bac+5) from a business school or university, with a specialization in finance or banking.
You have at least 7 years of experience in the banking sector, with proven experience in portfolio management and team management.
Successful experience as a Branch Manager is a real asset.
