Imagine yourself in the heart of the excitement of MARRAKECH, in a prestigious establishment in the Hotel / Restaurant sector. We are actively looking for an F&B Operations Manager to lead the excellence of our culinary and service experiences. This is a unique opportunity to leave your mark in a dynamic and inspiring environment.
Your role will be to ensure the operational and financial performance of all catering outlets. You will aim to meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals, while optimizing profitability and maintaining impeccable quality standards.
Your days will be filled with a variety of strategic and operational tasks:
- Supervise and coordinate all catering services (restaurants, bars, room service, banquets).
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the F&B offering and customer experience.
- Manage budgets, control costs, and maximize revenue.
- Recruit, train, and manage F&B teams to ensure exceptional service.
- Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety standards.
- Negotiate with suppliers and optimize purchasing.
- Analyze performance and propose continuous improvement actions.
Required profile :
Your academic background includes at least a Bachelor's degree (Bac +3), ideally in Hotel Management / Restaurant Business.
With significant experience of 10 to 20 years in similar roles, you have solid expertise in managing complex F&B operations.
To excel in this role, you possess:
- Natural leadership and excellent management skills.
- A strategic vision and decision-making ability.
- Exemplary rigor in budget management and cost control.
- Perfect mastery of quality and service standards in luxury hospitality.
- Excellent communication skills and a keen sense of human relations.
- The ability to work under pressure and manage unforeseen events calmly and professionally.
- In-depth knowledge of F&B market trends.
