Job :

Reporting to the General Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

• To design and implement the Group's industrial operations strategy from the raw material procurement phase to the customer delivery phase, particularly concerning:
  • Supply Chain Aspect: Purchasing & Procurement, Planning Management, Internal Production and External Production (Subcontracting), Stock Management (Raw materials & Finished products), Transport and Customer Shipping Management
  • Technical Aspect: Quality (Raw Material & Finished Product Quality and Quality Assurance System) and Design Office;
• To ensure the management, coordination, and motivation of the teams under your responsibility for smooth and efficient operation;
• To lead optimization projects to reduce costs, improve quality and production times, while increasing the company's profit margin;
• To make decisions, whether to anticipate needs, manage inventory, reduce stock, or reallocate human resources;
• To act as the interface with suppliers, the Sales Department, or the subcontractor handling the transport of raw materials, finished, or semi-finished products;
• To constantly monitor: Competitor practices, new technologies in order to ensure continuous optimization of the time/price/quality ratio of Products and services, and adapt the strategy accordingly.

Required profile :

With a Master's degree (Engineering Schools), trilingual (Arabic, French, English), and a minimum of 15 years of experience in the industrial sector, the candidate must possess:

• Strong industrial and organizational rigor and excellent knowledge of all links in the company's value chain,
• Analytical skills, ease in handling numbers, and mastery of tools and systems for managing industrial operations,
• Interpersonal skills that allow for effective management of large teams and ensure good communication and relationships with the company's internal and external partners
