Joining the pharmacy and health sector in the heart of the city of Oujda is a unique opportunity to have a lasting impact. As Director of Care, the main mission is to ensure operational excellence within the care services, while placing the patient at the center of every strategic decision.
The central objective is to promote impeccable quality of care and the continuous development of the skills of healthcare teams. The vision focuses on optimizing health pathways, innovating in care methods, and maintaining a serene and productive social climate, thus ensuring the sustainability and reputation of the establishment in the local market.
The daily work within this department is structured around strong managerial and organizational responsibilities:
- To lead the organization of care and supervise the quality of services provided to patients.
- To ensure the management of multidisciplinary teams by fostering cohesion and talent development.
- To manage human and budgetary resources related to care services with constant rigor.
- To implement the current health and safety standards to ensure the establishment's compliance.
- To actively participate in defining the medical strategy and deploying cross-functional projects.
Required profile :
An academic qualification of Master's degree (Bac +4) is required, with confirmed specialization in health and social professions. This solid theoretical foundation is essential to understand the complex challenges of the medico-social sector.
Significant experience of 10 to 20 years in the field is expected. This background must demonstrate a real ability to manage care structures and to take on large-scale organizational challenges.
