Join a renowned hotel establishment in Marrakech as Director of Information Systems. A unique opportunity to lead the technological strategy in the heart of a dynamic and exciting sector.
Main Missions
- IT Strategy & Governance: Define the technological roadmap (Infrastructure, Cloud, Applications), manage the CAPEX budget, and handle service provider/supplier contracts.
- Team Management: Lead and develop the skills of the IT and Low Voltage team, according to S.M.A.R.T. objectives and luxury excellence standards.
- Security & Networks: Ensure cybersecurity (Kaspersky, WatchGuard), access management (GDPR), and infrastructure service continuity (Windows, VMware ESXi, Synology DSM).
- Helpdesk & Operations: Oversee daily technical support (CMMS), client connectivity assistance, and equipment maintenance (POS terminals, IPTV, IP/PABX).
- Infrastructure & Support: Maintain cabling and servers, and provide targeted technical support to the Surveillance department for video surveillance.
Profile Sought
- Education: Master's degree (Bac +5) in Information Systems Engineering. An MBA is a plus.
- Expertise: Proficiency in Cloud/SaaS environments, project management (Agile/V-model), and network security.
- Soft Skills: Excellent presentation (luxury codes), leadership, rigor, proactivity, and high stress resistance.
- Languages: Perfectly bilingual. A third language is appreciated.
- Flexibility: Availability for urgent interventions outside of administrative hours.
Required profile :
A Master's degree (Bac +5) or higher is required, ideally in computer science, telecommunications, or a relevant engineering field.
With solid experience of 10 to 20 years in information systems management, you have in-depth knowledge of the hotel/restaurant sector and have previously managed teams and large-scale projects.
- Excellent understanding of IT challenges in the hotel industry.
- Proficiency in network infrastructure, databases, and cloud solutions.
- Proven project management and team leadership skills.
- Ability to develop and execute an IT strategy.
- Sense of innovation, rigor, and excellent communication skills.
