Job :

Reporting to the General Management, you will be responsible for:

• Organizing, managing, and leading technical teams to ensure the maintenance, availability, and optimization of equipment and facilities, while respecting safety standards;
• Carrying out all new works within the framework of new projects or the redevelopment of existing equipment;
• Participating in various coordination meetings with the relevant departments to ensure the smooth running of projects;
• Managing the department's investment and operating budgets;
• Supervising and supporting a team of engineers and technicians.

Required profile :

• A graduate of a Top Engineering School in Electromechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent, you have significant experience in the fields of maintenance, technical works, and project management.
• A hands-on person, you demonstrate rigor, excellent organizational skills, and a real team spirit, qualities essential for success in this role.
