As part of its development and performance goals, our client is looking for an experienced HR Director, capable of combining strategic vision, technical expertise, and a strong operational presence on the ground.

Beyond mastering HR processes, we are looking for a proactive, unifying personality with real relational intelligence, capable of strengthening team cohesion, developing employee engagement, and fostering a company culture based on excellence and quality of service.

Your main responsibilities:

1. Manage the entire Human Resources function

Ensure administrative management of staff and monitor social relations, in compliance with current legislation.

Define and manage recruitment, onboarding, and training processes.

Develop skills and support the growth of HR teams.

Ensure compliance of HR practices and reliability of internal procedures.

Regularly monitor HR indicators and propose improvement actions tailored to the establishment's goals.

2. Define and deploy the HR strategy

Develop an HR strategy aligned with the establishment's objectives and performance requirements.

Anticipate human resource needs and identify organizational and human challenges.

Propose and implement solutions to address on-site issues.

Balance strategic vision with operational involvement, staying close to the teams and their daily realities.

3. Unify teams and develop close management:

Build trusting relationships with employees and managers, based on listening, availability, and dialogue.

Foster team cohesion, employee engagement, and a calm social climate.

Support managers in their HR responsibilities and team management.

Prevent and manage tensions, support change, and provide appropriate responses to employee concerns.

Promote transparent communication and unifying management, encouraging buy-in to the establishment's objectives.

4. Embody the culture of excellence and the standards of luxury hospitality:

Bring the company culture to life and ensure its adoption by all employees.

Place the employee experience, engagement, and quality of human relations at the heart of HR practices.

Support teams in applying the excellence standards specific to luxury hospitality.

Contribute to developing a culture of service, rigor, and performance, consistent with the establishment's positioning.

Required profile :

Higher education in Human Resources, management, or equivalent.

Proven experience in a Human Resources Director role, ideally gained in luxury hospitality or a demanding service environment.

Solid mastery of HR fundamentals: personnel administration, social relations, recruitment, training, skills development, and regulatory compliance.

Demonstrated ability to define and deploy an HR strategy while ensuring an effective presence on the ground.

Experience in team management and supporting managers.

Good understanding of the human, organizational, and operational challenges of a demanding hotel establishment.
