The main goal is to supervise and lead extracurricular activities in Arabic for children, promoting their cognitive, social, and linguistic development. It involves creating a fun and enriching learning space, in line with the educational values of our institution.

Your main tasks will include:

• Leading Arabic educational workshops suitable for different ages.
• Designing and preparing the educational materials needed for activities.
• Monitoring children individually and collectively, encouraging their participation.
• Ensuring the safety and well-being of children during extracurricular times.
• Participating in team meetings and the institution's educational projects.
• Communicating with parents about the progress of activities and the children's development.

Required profile :

To be considered for this position, a 2-year post-secondary diploma (Bac +2) is required, ideally a 3-year degree in education sciences.

Professional experience in preschool education or teaching young children is desired.

• Excellent command of the Arabic language, both spoken and written.
• Active teaching methods and the ability to adapt teaching approaches.
• Organizational skills, creativity, and initiative.
• Interpersonal skills to interact with children, parents, and the teaching team.
• Energy, patience, and kindness are essential qualities for this role.
