Job :
Main activities:
- Evaluate existing IAM architectures and identify modernization needs.
- Design and manage the integration of applications with Microsoft Entra ID, SailPoint, and enterprise IAM solutions.
- Define authentication, federation, and provisioning mechanisms (OIDC, OAuth 2.0, SAML 2.0, SCIM).
- Coordinate IAM modernization projects from start to finish, from initial audit to production.
- Estimate costs, budgets, and resources needed for integrations.
- Coordinate technical, security, infrastructure teams, application managers, and SaaS providers.
- Manage migrations, change management, testing, and implementation.
- Ensure compliance with security requirements, including least privilege, MFA, and DORA.
- Monitor projects and report to stakeholders on deadlines, budgets, risks, and blockers.
Deliverables produced:
- Audit and evaluation reports of existing IAM architectures.
- Target architecture documents and technical specifications for IAM integration.
- Roadmaps and migration plans to modern IAM standards.
- Budget estimates, resources, and workload requirements.
- Deployment plans, milestone tracking, risks, and dependencies.
- Authentication, provisioning, and access control test plans and results.
- Risk analyses and implementation and recovery plans.
- Technical documentation, IAM standards, and integration models.
- Progress reports on advancement, costs, risks, and next steps.
Required profile :
Technical skills:
- Expertise in IAM: identity, access, authentication, and governance management.
- Proficiency in OIDC, OAuth 2.0, and SAML 2.0 protocols.
- Expertise in Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory (applications, groups, roles, and conditional access).
- Knowledge of SCIM 2.0 provisioning technologies and REST APIs.
- Proficiency in identity federation architectures (IdP, SP, multi-IdP).
- Management of certificates, encryption keys, secrets, and authentication tokens.
- Ability to audit existing IAM architectures and manage their modernization.
- Proficiency in security principles: Zero Trust, least privilege, and MFA.
- Skills in application integration, technical migration, and IAM project management (scoping, budget, planning, and risks).
Soft Skills:
- Excellent analytical, architectural thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong coordination ability between IAM, IT, security, and business teams.
- Ease in communication and collaboration with various stakeholders (technical teams, managers, service providers, and management).
- Ability to simplify complex IAM concepts and formulate clear recommendations.
- Solid skills in planning, project management, and coordinating multiple integrations simultaneously.
- Autonomy, proactivity, and sense of responsibility in project execution.
- Excellent synthesis, documentation, and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage priorities, risks, and technical, budgetary, and business constraints in a complex environment.
