Join a dynamic team in the heart of the IT sector in Rabat and take charge of the strategic challenges of our legacy systems. As a mainframe expert, your mission is to ensure the sustainability, stability, and evolution of the critical infrastructures that form the backbone of our operations.
The main goal is to guarantee optimal availability of mainframe platforms while carrying out ambitious technological modernization projects. The role also aims to optimize system performance and ensure the security and integrity of the data processed daily.
Your daily responsibilities revolve around the operation, maintenance, and continuous optimization of mainframe environments. You will be involved in the following areas:
- Technical management and complex system administration.
- Resolution of critical incidents and high-level technical support.
- Deployment and configuration of new solutions and software updates.
- Support for development teams in code optimization and resource management.
- Technological watch and active participation in the digital transformation strategy.
Required profile :
The expected technical mastery requires higher education, at least a Master's degree (bac +5), ideally with a specialization in computer science or electronics.
You have a solid background with confirmed experience ranging from 5 to 20 years, demonstrating in-depth mastery of mainframe environments and the ability to manage complex architectures autonomously.
To succeed in this role, sharp technical expertise is essential, coupled with proven analytical skills. Key skills include:
- Extensive mastery of z/OS operating systems.
- Expertise in associated programming languages such as COBOL, JCL, or CICS.
- Excellent skills in project management and problem-solving.
- Critical thinking and rigor in applying security standards.
